It is not included with the core licenses because it is not needed by small providers. You must visit your Feature Buffet, available from the Authorization page, and activate that add-on license before you can begin using it. You can add new datafields, or deactivate old ones, freely and whenever you wish. To learn more, please visit the [Custom EMS PCR Fields Guide](https://support.angeltrack.com/help/custompcrfields.htm?hsLang=en). ### Custom EMS Data Validation Rules / Custom EMS Schematron ![SchematronRules](https://support.angeltrack.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SchematronRules.png?width=200&height=150&name=SchematronRules.png)In the Enterprise PCR, you can assemble a custom ruleset of data validation rules that apply to each report in the same manner as the state and national data validation rules (aka schematrons). You build your ruleset by selecting items from AngelTrack's built-in rule library. You can add more rules or deactivate old rules whenever you wish. You can also have *custom-custom* data validation rules specifically for your agency, by engaging with AngelTrack Professional Services who will develop and test the rules for you or with you. To learn more, please visit the [Custom EMS Data Validation Guide](https://support.angeltrack.com/help/supervisor/customemspcrvalidationrules.htm?hsLang=en). ### EMS Data Validation (Schematron) Warning Statistics ![ReportBuilder.PivotChart.4.200x161](https://support.angeltrack.com/hs-fs/hubfs/ReportBuilder.PivotChart.4.200x161.png?width=200&height=161&name=ReportBuilder.PivotChart.4.200x161.png)The Enterprise PCR tracks the warning counts produced by each schematron (national / state / agency) every time a crew member submits a a completed or corrected report to QA. This data can be viewed, analyzed, and charted using Report Builder, or exported for analysis in your favorite spreadsheet application. As state trauma registries migrate from error-based data validation to warning-based validation, you will be able to pull the same data they do, to identify the top and bottom quintiles of your staff for accolades or retraining. ### EMS Data Validation (Schematron) Scores and Bonuses The Enterprise PCR calculates and tracks the total score from all data validation rulesets (i.e. all schematrons) applied to each submitted report, including: - National schematron: 3 points off for each warning; - State schematron: 3 points off for each warning; and - Agency (custom) schematron: Configurable 1 to 50 points off for each warning A perfect score is 100, with each warning reducing that by the stated amount.  You can also create schematron rules which, if triggered, award +1 to +50 bonus points. For example, you might create a little bonus for collecting an SPO2 reading with each set of vital signs. You can pull statistics on your crews' schematron scores over time, and organize the data however you like using Report Builder. These scores are not the same as those calculated by your state trauma registry, which, if it calculates scores, uses a proprietary score system that is not disclosed in their published schematron and thus is not accessible to PCRs like AngelTrack. Instead, AngelTrack assigns a three-point penalty for each warning flagged by your state's schematron. ### Custom Signature Forms and Questionnaires ![TouchscreenSignatures.205x192](https://support.angeltrack.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TouchscreenSignatures.205x192.png?width=205&height=192&name=TouchscreenSignatures.205x192.png)You can add entirely new signature forms to the PCR, complete with customizable legal verbiage that includes automatic text tokens to embed items like your dispatch phone number, your NPI, and your current billing contact. Your new forms can "act like" the built-in types. For example you can add an alternate billing-consent form that "acts like" the built-in type "Payment Authorization" and therefore satisfies the PCR's signature requirements rules at appropriate times. You can also freely disable and re-enable the built-in forms, to fit business requirements. You can place any number of custom datafields onto your custom signature forms, to make them into fillable questionnaires and attestations. You can do likewise to the 94 different picklist choice groups in the NERIS standard, for your fire reports, just like the old NFIRS +1 codes feature. From the Custom Picklist Values page, under Settings, you can choose any picklist field in the PCR,  in the NERIS report editor, and also some datafields from the dispatch side, and review and add items. You can also freely deactivate and reactivate items as you see fit.
