What is WSRA?

WSRA means "weighted stack rank analysis". It is a statistical technique for comparing a spread of noisy data points.

AngelTrack uses WSRA to quantify the real costs of your facility contracts, providing decision support for setting or changing a facility's contract prices.

The Facility Contract Problem

It is difficult to decide whether a facility contracts is actually profitable. Because your daily call volume is a tangle of trips among many different facilities, it is hard to say how much cost each individual facility contributes to the overall picture.

Viewing Your WSRA Analysis Results

AngelTrack recalculates all WSRA metrics every weekend, using the past year's worth of data. The analysis includes only facilities that have at least 20 dispatches (as origin or destination) during the past two years.

Each WSRA analysis produces these metrics for each facility:

AngelTrack presents the WSRA analysis results in a Report Builder dataset named Facilities-WSRA. You can pull that data straight from the Data Hub if performing your own analysis in Excel, else you can view the data inside a Report Builder report.

Using WSRA Results to Compare Facility Contracts

The WSRA data allows you to compare the
