How It Works
This feature is a friendly front-end for AngelTrack's Customer Transportation Request Portal. That is, it offers the same functionality as the customer portal, but instead of a web page, it is an interactive AI that can talk with a customer via an iframe on a website, or via telephony.
The customer is still creating a request for transportation, and that request must still go through your dispatch office (via the Request Queue).
Unlike the normal customer portal, this feature does not require a facility ID or facility code. Instead it will accept requests anonymously. As such, your dispatchers must watch for the possibility of vandalism when reviewing and approving requests.
